FEO Dismisses Mr Taniguchi’s Complaint Against Professor Biman Prasad

The Supervisor of Elections [‘SoE’], Mr Mohammed Saneem has this afternoon dismissed the complaint made by Mr Hiroshi Taniguchi against Professor Biman Prasad of the National Federation Party.

In determining the complaint, the SoE has found that it lacks any legal basis under the Electoral Act 2014 and therefore, the same has been dismissed and Mr Taniguchi has been informed accordingly.
