The Fijian Elections Office

The FEO is an independent electoral management body established under the 2013 Constitution of the Republic of Fiji. Operating under the leadership of the Supervisor of Elections, the FEO is responsible for delivering transparent, credible, and inclusive electoral services to all Fijians. From national to local and industrial elections, the FEO ensures the integrity of the electoral process through strong legal compliance, effective planning, and proactive engagement with voters and stakeholders.
As the primary institution overseeing the conduct of elections in Fiji, the FEO is committed to upholding democratic values through accessible voter services, civic education, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous innovation in electoral practices. Organization Structure

The FEO operates under a structured framework designed to effectively deliver its mandate of conducting free, fair, and credible elections. The organisation is headed by the Supervisor of Elections, who oversees the overall strategic direction and operations of the FEO. Supporting the Supervisor are three main directorates: the Executive Directorate, the Operations Directorate, and the Corporate Services Directorate. Each directorate is led by a Director, with the exception of the Excutive Directorate which is headed by the Supervisor of Elections and comprises a team of Managers, Coordinators, Officers, Administrative Assistants, and field staff including Drivers and Logistics Personnel. This structure ensures that the FEO functions efficiently across all levels—from policy development and legal compliance to voter services, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
